Exporting democracy simply doesn't work, well not with the desired effect anyways Islamic dictatorship is on the way because that is what people will vote for. The best way to deal with Islamic countries is to have as little contact and immigration as possible.

Libya has a weak government filled with a country with armed gangs. One of the things it was trying to do was to disarm these militia something that is absolutely vital for a stable country
