I notice several Kubrick films in that list. I know he shot a number of films in England, had more than one English screenwriter, used many English actors, etc. ... but does that make them English?

Watch The Long Good Friday if you haven't already. Bob Hoskins has retired from acting due to Parkinson's.

Monty Python and the Holy Grail and Zulu are ranked too low. Including 28 Days makes me wonder if they just shouldn't have dome a top twenty.
A rational skeptic should be able to discuss and debate anything, no matter how much they may personally disagree with that point of view. Discussing a subject is not agreeing with it, but understanding it.
