You can always rely on Crumple to get it right.Coito ergo sum wrote:Too heavy.Atheist-Lite wrote:It's just another mars rover....this could have easily been put down safely with airbags.Rum wrote:Vain hope I know, but it would' be fantastic if this thread could stay on topi...

Perhaps it is a hoax, like the Moon landings. http://www.atlanteanconspiracy.com/2008 ... video.html

Re: The Mars Curiosity thread
I actually went to that site and looked around. I read about how the Masons faked the moon landing as well as the Mars landing. I also read that there is no proof that the earth is in motion or that we orbit the sun. Also that the Masons want us to be rid of our knowledge of the oneness of everything and to wallow like lost souls in the twoness of it all. This is why they lied about the moon.Coito ergo sum wrote:Perhaps it is a hoax, like the Moon landings. http://www.atlanteanconspiracy.com/2008 ... video.html
Fascinating stuff. Most impressive.

Still say it could have been done with airbags cheaper and less risky. They should have skidded it on the upper atmosphere to slow it down and then used airbags. Just because base jumping works 90% of the time doesn't mean it is smart.

Feel free to present your calculations -- just rough them out -- you can use the googles for the weight, speed and angle of entry, calculate how softly you could get it to hit the ground, and then let us know the size and strength of the balloons you'd deploy. Show us some injuneeringz...Atheist-Lite wrote:Still say it could have been done with airbags cheaper and less risky.

The Chinese Space Agency called up. "Crumple so silly kai-loh, he think airbag all time good idea!"Atheist-Lite wrote:Still say it could have been done with airbags cheaper and less risky.
