They are cute, but those tight little skirts are not as sexy as normal hockey skirts that flare a bit and flap about a bit.
And where have the tits all gone? Have they got steel bands instead of bras?

Bugger, it's hot in here.

Anyway, they are a million times better than the soccer girls. Those shorts are MINGIN !!!

Watched a few minutes of women's beach volley ball earlier. They have interesting uniforms.

The people of england should ignore the bible bashers and celebrate him as one of their greatest minds.

There is a city and university named after him here. :D

The Pope was today knocked down at the start of Christmas mass by a woman who hopped over the barriers. The woman was said to be, "Mentally unstable."

Which is probably why she went unnoticed among a crowd of Christians.

Mohammed had a flying horse. Hope there weren't using that. It's against the rules.

If you're going to depict him on his Beagle travels (as they were clearly going for there) it really ought to be the young Darwin.

Yeah, but no-one would have recognised him. The fence design seems to be based on that used on the current English 10 pound note.

They should have used a Darwin motif for the triathlon - athletes emerging from the water to walk on their hind legs....

... meanwhile, NBC is taking flak over its "coverage" of the games. Show the men's 100m final live on TV? With Usain Bolt? Even though you paid a king's ransom for exclusive rights in the USA? Not a chance. NBC seem to be living decades in the past. :ddpan:

Thank G*d for the BBC, RTE, Eurosport, the EBU ...
