Yep, I was told that by girlfriends, but if anything it grew back lighter :dunno:

When I was 16 I got my belly button pierced. I was shy about showing it because I had a tiny bit if hair around there. So, I shaved it. Now, I have to keep it shaved. The fine blonde hairs are now ugly dark ones. :?
