I dare you. :o
You're on!
I'm wild just like a rock, a stone, a tree
And I'm free, just like the wind the breeze that blows
And I flow, just like a brook, a stream, the rain
And I fly, just like a bird up in the sky
And I'll surely die, just like a flower plucked
And dragged away and thrown away
And then one day it turns to clay
It blows away, it finds a ray, it finds its way
And there it lays until the rain and sun
Then I breathe, just like the wind the breeze that blows
And I grow, just like a baby breastfeeding
And it's beautiful, that's life

Probably not :( I need time to sort out stuff here. If I get a job offer for a job that starts sooner than later I will be leaving earlier.

Sara, you want to come down here for Skepticon? 9-11 Nov. in Springfield. We will have two queens in our room at the Plaza. (They can get their own room if you and Mai want their bed.)

I'll try to make Skepticon, but I'm making no promises.
What I've found with a few discussions I've had lately is this self-satisfaction that people express with their proffessed open mindedness. In realty it ammounts to wilful ignorance and intellectual cowardice as they are choosing to not form any sort of opinion on a particular topic. Basically "I don't know and I'm not going to look at any evidence because I'm quite happy on this fence."

If Tony bloody Abbott wins our next election, I'd be sorely tempted to move to New Zealand!

By boat!
Nurse, where the fuck's my cardigan?
And my gin!

Bummer. Still hopeful, though. There will be more meets at the Lair, just not quite so epic. :hugs:

If Labor get back in power I'm moving to..... somewhere, in the EU. Maybe Germany. Their economy is okay.... They own Greece too!
