Why would someone steal an entire person but leave the lungs?

You have to do DNA tests to tell human lungs from pig lungs. My money's on the pig.

If they are pig, someone with a good sense of smell might tell.
If they are human, and the human was a smoker, you could easily tell at a glance at the inner surface.

Might be confusing, if it came from a Beagle though.

I just emailed Columbo, and he reckons it was the owner of the DNA lab that dumped them. He's running a bit low on work.

It IS a bad idea. Strange that our dear government can't see it.
They are still fighting the unions, in their heads. Anything private is too fragmented for unions to get a real power base in.
There is some logic to that, but you would think that they could find a better way.
