I remember a rumor from way back in the day about how Japanese moms would motivate their sons to study and get their homework done by giving them manual and oral sex. From what I understand, there is a kernel of truth in this, only insofar as Japan, and some other countries like Holland, seem to lead the world in incest statistics.

If I believe my (unreliable) sources, it's a substitute for ritalin... a quick one at a strategic moment so the boy won't spend hours being distracted by his hormones, and possibly spending overlong looking for proper wank material and doing it repeatedly.
The idea is that after getting some release, the kid can concentrate better on what's really important.

As I recall from my teenage years, I'm pretty sure that an occasional quick one doesn't cut it. Teenage boys are jackin' it by the bucket-load at that age.
