Which is of course correct. The first thing I thought of when I saw those pictures was that every one of those women should be murdered for dishonouring their families and that the rest of the gender should be subject to the whims of the males that own them.

Which, while I'm being sarcastic, seems to be exactly the sort of thing the Mail and the Taliban and radical feminists have in common. A skewed ultra-conservative ideology that bears little or no relation to their daily existence, but that they'll harp on about every slight contradiction to that ideology while ignoring that they themselves have become problematic.

A rational skeptic should be able to discuss and debate anything, no matter how much they may personally disagree with that point of view. Discussing a subject is not agreeing with it, but understanding it.
