I've lived in all kinds of neighborhoods. From the upper suberbs to mid manhattan 34th and 8th (one block from Macy's store and across the street from Penn Station) to South Side of Chicago, (the hood) to North Side Chicago (elegant high rises right next to lake Michigan), to small towns (boring as hell) to gated communities, also boring as hell.

I loved New York. It was full of life any time of the day 24/7. I was there when 42nd street was still the "red district". Since then they have made it into a wonderful shopping area.

One thing I can tell you about living in New York City. There are soooo many homeless people wandering around everywhere! As a veteran New Yorker you learn to get a purse that goes over your head and not just across your shoulder, you keep focused on where you're going, and never ever make eye contact with a homeless person who looks like he's going to do something really strange any second now. If you make eye contact, you become the target.

I use to had to take the Staten Island Ferry to and from work. The Ferry terminal was a homeless hotel during night hours. The homeless would come with their pillows, in slippers, wonder around, or just lay down and sleep, most of them talking to themselves.
There was this one woman, who, during rush hour in the morning, would go in the corner of the Ferry terminal and just squat down and take a piss. Yes, there are bathrooms there, but apparently she didn't want to inconvenience herself by walking a few feet to the bathroom. By the way, I'd rather shit in my pants before going into that bathroom. It was horrible.

Once, actually more than once there would be a weird homeless person on the ferry smelling like hell. you could see shit and urine wetting his pants and nobody within a great distance would even dare to get a seat, until a cop told him to leave.

Oh, yea, the exciting New York.

It's a well known fact that 99% of death row inmates claim they're innocent. They read their bible, become Christians, Muslims or what ever would give them leniancy in court. They are the best actors on the planet.

It's no different with zimmerman. Who could blame him? I'd do the same thing.

What a bizarre comment.
Only to you!
You really don't see that what 99% of inmates claim has nothing to do with the Zimmerman case?

Zimmerman pled not guilty, so of course he says he didn't do it. Are you implying that because he say he is not guilty, that is an indication of guilt?

What's bizarre is that you seem to think what you typed has something to do with the matter.

That's not even getting to the fact that you, as usual, just pull your statistics out of your posterior, with no regard for whether what you're saying bears any resemblance to the truth.

Oh good god, please someone tell me someone (not coito) am I that hard to understand or is coito totally misunderstanding what I'm saying?
You are hard to understand, and your arguments are irrational and devoid of attachment to reality or truth.

Well maybe if we come to face to face, I can EXPLAIN it to you, and then tell you to fuck off if you still don't get it. :o :o

In fact if zimmerman really did get some of his head hurt, I'm sorry it wasn't smashed even more. I wish trayvon was an expert in kung fu, so he could have kicked his ass really good.

What makes you so absolutely sure that Martin didn't attack Zimmerman first? What evidence do you have to support this conclusion? Evidence. Not opinion, not intuition, not bias or prejudice...evidence. Logic. Reasoning. Cold, hard facts. Got anything conclusive that the rest of us have missed out on? Or are you just projecting your own child into Martin's place and assuming that Martin was the same kind of person as your child?

If you can't explain it here, I have little hope that meeting in person would refine your arguments.

You sound very much like one of those racists who are advocating Zimmerman's murder merely because Martin happens to have been black, as if Martin's actions have absolutely no bearing whatsoever on the justification for his killing. I somehow doubt you'd be saying this if it was Martin who murdered Zimmerman. I suspect in that case that you would be lauding Martin for brutally murdering a white person and you'd be defending his actions based on some bizarre and deranged argument that any black person can be exonerated of murdering any white person if the black person perceives some disrespect or slight.

Which makes me very glad that I carry a gun too, because this sort of disgusting attitude all too often ends up in race-based crimes perpetrated by blacks against whites for no reason other than race.

I'm not even talking about the legalities here any more. I'm past beyond that. Someone gets in my face, they better prepare for a fight.

Think what you want about each other, but calling each other racist isn't doing much for making your case(s).

Zimmerman willfully and intentionally instigated an unnecessary confrontation that resulted in a dead kid.

Do we want to live in a society where that is commonplace?
