The Holy Trinity

Postby mistermack » Fri Mar 23, 2012 10:25 pm

Can someone explain the Holy Trinity to me?
I know there is only one god, and there are three persons in this one god. The Father, Son, and Holy Ghost.

So presumably, before the year one, there were only two. The Father and the Holy Ghost.
So what would that be called then? The Holy Duo? Did the Jews worship a Holy Duo?

But how can he be the Father, when he hasn't yet got a Son?
And What's the difference between the Father, who isn't a father, and the Holy Ghost?
Surely, they are BOTH holy ghosts? As neither are human, both are of the spirit world.

Does anybody know a holy man who could stop fiddling with kiddies long enough to clarify it for me?

The holy ghost is sort of an errand boy for God, who can't be bothered to go to you.

The holy ghost/spirit is god's dick - just ask Mary.

"... and the holy spirit came upon her ..."

The Father is the unseen God. He interacts with us through the Holy Spirit. Jesus is His begotten son sent as a sacrifice so that sins may be forgiven. He is the embodiment of God.
“For thy greater Glory and consolation, O most Sacred Heart of Jesus, for Thy sake, to give good example, to practice self-denial, to make reparation to Thee for the sins of intemperance and for the conversion of excessive drinkers, I will abstain for life from all intoxicating drinks, Amen”.

The holy ghost is Jesus' dead grandfather, because god is his own father. :dunno:

Also, when Jesus found out god was his father, did it go down anything like this?

[Disclaimer - if this is comes across like I think I know what I'm talking about, I want to make it clear that I don't. I'm just trying to get my thoughts down]

The unseen god, as opposed to..... what, the one that was down the pub last night?

Anyway, I'd rather be the Holy Ghost. At least he got a shag out of it. Even if he used the Father's dick.

Anyway, my questions remain unanswered as yet. Was there just a dynamic duo before Jesus was born?

No. There was always just the One.

One God, multi-facets.

Sheesh! It's not rocket science.

No, it's fiction. So any answer is correct.

Oh I get it! Like Sacha Baron Cohen.

So god the father is like Ali G and god the son is Borat.

And the holy Ghost is like Bruno. I see it all now. You're right, it's not rocket science.

Well I would say the Holy Spirit (or Ghost if you prefer) is more like Borat because he likes to jiggy :naughty: Jesus is more like Bruno. Well, not like him. But he probably was gay.

Probably. He did have a "beloved disciple", who followed him around.
And his picture looks well gay.
Nothing wrong with that.
