The San Diego Police Department said Russell was held close to the Pacific Ocean, wearing only in his underwear, on Thursday night. A spokesman said he was possibly under the influence of something, and was acting “very strangely.”
Officers received several calls from members of the public about a man undressing and running through traffic while screaming. When they arrived Russell was co-operative.
The first version of the story I saw on CNN included him masturbating while running around disrupting traffic. I don't think I've ever been that stressed.

I have, except that when I have a breakdown, I tend to curl up on my bed and cry... and I certainly wouldn't have the ability to set foot out my door in such a state.

A rational skeptic should be able to discuss and debate anything, no matter how much they may personally disagree with that point of view. Discussing a subject is not agreeing with it, but understanding it.
