No - it's based on an in depth knowledge of Brazil and its overall culture. And, it was a joke. So fuck off with this self-righteous shit.

That's how you judge countries these days. apparently.
You have the nerve to criticize my reference to Brazil as a country, and yet you have no trouble referring negatively to Americans, who, apparently in your view think everything that is bigger is better. So, it's o.k. for you to do that, but don't make any generalized reference to Brazil? You are a silly boy.

First of all, you don't know jack shit about Brazil. Brazilians are not "brown" like latinos, and most Brazilians are white European descent,
As is Barak Obama.
So what. Most Brazilians are white, not mulatto. Obama is mulatto.

You showed clear contempt for Brazil and Brazilians in your comment,
LOL - let's assume for a moment that I did, even though I did not -- so fucking what dude? You showed clear contempt for the US and Americans in your comment. So fuck off.
It was, incidentally, Brazilians who first explained to me what Brazilian culture was like. That was before I had actually gone there and experienced it first hand. So, I'm not just making things up, like you. I actually know what I'm talking about, and I actually know Brazilians, I've been to Brazil many times, and I do business with people in Brazil.

and you haven't given much of a reason, except a comment by Charles De Gaul and a comment on the 60 minutes show.
The comment on the 60 minutes show was by a Brazilian who lives and works in Rio. And, that was one example of many.
You haven't given ANY reason, except your own flatulence, for your assertions about Americans.
Mine isn't even a negative comment. Talk to a Brazilian. They enjoy their laid back culture -- the culture in Rio is especially laid back, to the point that other Brazilians think folks in Rio don't work and they jog along Copacabana and surf in the water instead. Sao Paulo has more of a work ethic reputation.

Your reasoning is ludicrous. I didn't say racist, I said not far short of racist. You see it as shameful to fall behind Brazil. I think I made a fair comment.
LOL -- far short of racist. First of all, making a comment about Brazil or its economy is not "racist" or anything close to racist. If it is, then your comment about "Americans" would also be "not far short of racist." Brazilian is a nationality, not a race. Most Brazilians are white, of European descent. Some are black. Some are of native peoples - the two main groups being the Tupi and the Guarani peoples, and there are a very few Jews in Brazil. A fair amount of Japanese live in Brazil too. So, they have many minority groups, but the main chunk is white. So, to suggest that a comment about Brazil being almost racist is ridiculous - if anything, it shows you to be "not too far short of racist" since you assume, apparently, that any country in south America must be predominantly populated by "brown and black" people. THAT is a "racist" assumption.
