Lager is for fags and little girls :ddpan:
If that were true it's all you'd drink.
This is what I'm drinking right now as we speak:

People think "queue" is just "q" followed by 4 silent letters.

But those letters are not silent.

They're just waiting their turn.

I like stouts and porters, bitters, IPAs, American Pale Ale, American IPA, ruby ales, mild ales, dark mild ales, Christmas ales, ginger ales...

Dark lager's ok, but it just tastes like someone mixed a nice dark ale with a lager to my pallette.

The only lager-like beer I really like are Japanese wheat beers, though I'll drink a mass produced lager over a mass produced bitter.

Blondes are ok, but not my preference. Same for Belgians and Germans too, though I am partial to a Hoegarten once in a while.

I actually like Indian lagers. Maybe it's the dirty water they use, I don't know. But they seem to have a little flavor to them. When I go out for Indian food, I always have Indian lager to go with it.

Kirin beer is great asahi is meh and overpriced and liked by yuppy wankers.

I like lager its cheap you don't have to think about it much. However you can get some really good tasty ones as well on the flipside. Some of the small labels that haven't being canned yet by the big breweries are worth tracking down southwark bitter and melbourne bitter are two good examples from Australia.

Lager is vile with the exception of some nice, crisp pilseners.
The light over brown (made from local bottled ales) around here used to be delicious.

Meh its no different than here people are drinking less of the mass produced stuff and more of craft brewed premium stuff imported and faux-imported stuff.

It's not lager! It's a strongly hopped ale with a (usually) high alcohol content. It's nothing at all like lager.

Brewdog are a marketing scam and don't represent the rest of the brewing industry.

IIRC, Lager is fine on a hot summer day or night but stouts and ales rule from October to April.
What I've found with a few discussions I've had lately is this self-satisfaction that people express with their proffessed open mindedness. In realty it ammounts to wilful ignorance and intellectual cowardice as they are choosing to not form any sort of opinion on a particular topic. Basically "I don't know and I'm not going to look at any evidence because I'm quite happy on this fence."
