You talk about exaggerated bullshit, then follow up with that link to prove that "we have federal agents coming in and inspecting the lunches of children bringing food from home and forcing them to eat school provided lunches if they're not adequate"? The irony is breathtaking.
My point blew by you.
Got any evidence for that? Didn't think so. In fact, though I did not mention it above, I agree with you. The video is exaggerated bullshit, essentially for the reasons you listed. It is tabloid reportage at its most typical. I just decided to limit my previous post to pointing out that you were stretching your argument beyond breaking point.

For the point blowing by you? Yes, the response you gave.

Good thing we agree in the end, though.

Just watched. The comment I made on YouTube:

"What a bias piece of UK garbage. Yeah sure, the answer is more socialism and government control. Keep drinking the water over there Brits while your country goes bankrupt paying for all the benefits that the Muslim immigrants are more than glad to take advantage of while they have more and more children on other people's dime."

What a thoughtful analytic post. :eddy:

It's YouTube, and I recognized that my audience was a bunch of brits. I just dumbed my comment down to that level :tea:

It seemed more like a troll post to me. True enough though, that's the level of discourse on YouTube.

To clarify, I was not implying that Brits are dumb, but rather that if I'm going to point out why this video is bias I needed to present a position that would appeal to the nationalistic emotions of Brits. So I got all jingoistic. It's the only valid response to selective quoting and pointed questions, if Panorama is willing to go there, I can fight dirtier.
