US Senate Barber Shop Bailed Out

Now...this is emblematic of the whole frackin' problem. It's a fucking barber shop. You do a budget for the year, and take wages and supplies, taxes/fees, rent, etc., add them all up, and charge a sufficient amount to make money per haircut. Fuck. The taxpayers bailed it out? Why not bill the fucking Senators who used the stupid barber shop, dividing the shortfall equally among them? They each make $175,000 a year and get free medical care and other perks and benefits. Let 100 senators each pay $3,000 to bail the fucking place out. If they don't want to, shut it down and let them go get haircuts at local salons at their own expense.

Hey, either you make a collection on the group, with the risk of bad apples and other nasties not chipping in like they sshould, or you use the fact that as an assembly you can use other people's monies to pay the bill... what would YOU really do?

I wouldn't expect the tax payers to subsidize my hair cut.

Nor would I, but if I had a choice between a complicated procedure fraught with possible mishaps, and a simple vote to saddle them with it anyway, I'm not sure I'd hesitate abbout whose dollar to use.

Now, if there were a fairly reliable way to fire all those who voted for that without just giving the seat to the other (equally rotten) party, I might try to launch a grassroot movment to make sure those sleazeballs could never be voted for again, for any job above janitor or dog catcher.

That was a close shave ... they almost went out of business. Perhaps they should trim some expenses?

If I'm paying for these people's grooming, I want to see them wearing mutton 'staches, mullets, and mohawks 'n shit. I want to see Charlie Rangel rockin' a fuckin' jheri curl.
