I met the queen once. She was a dumpy wee woman, but she had this great wee technique that I'd never been aware of, just seeing her on the telly: all the time, she rested her upper front teeth on her bottom lip. Try it - it means you look like you're always smiling, but your cheeks don't get sore.

In that moment, I saw what a genius she is.
