Re: Venture Bros: day 1
i can see the case against mz, but this still seems more like his town game than the last one. also gib is right irre is feeling revengy. 3 of the 4 people on her scum list have voted or fos'd her.

which post is the floating along one?

fair enough, what's your take on irre?Zigmen wrote:I am. I was all set to pull my vote off her this morning after thinking it was Way too ballsy for her to claim the same character as another player (and nobody had pointed out the duplications in the OP nor the "clone" flavor at the point I went to sleep).gib wrote: you pretty happy with your vote on MZ?
But then I read Andrew's post from about 5 pages ago where he made the case that MZ looked like she had a plan that backfired and how ready she was the vote Shizz as soon as suspicion landed on her.
So I'm now thinking that MZ (or somebody on her team) caught the duplication thing from the OP, knew a bit about the "cloning" flavor, and decided to pull a somewhat risky claim out of the hat, or that Scum was given the same claim as a safe-claim.
Either way, I can't figure out any scenario where MZ could possibly be Town, know what she claims to know about the supposed similarity of the role PMs, and then throw her vote on Shizz.

I note you didn't respond to my post responding point by point on your case on me. Revengey is the best you have now?Uselesstwit wrote:i can see the case against mz, but this still seems more like his town game than the last one. also gib is right irre is feeling revengy. 3 of the 4 people on her scum list have voted or fos'd her.
Actually my listing feck was because I was worried him seeing MZ's rolling out of his thoughts re the hank situation as not being townish, was him buying creds. But actually when I factor in his self vote (which wow UT surely that is scummy!) I think he actually is town.
So that would leave three for three.

Re: Venture Bros: day 1
Tough call. Obviously she's got her vote on MZ (which I agree with) though our reasons do not line up perfectly. That makes me think Town over Scum-Bussing-Scum.gib wrote: fair enough, what's your take on irre?
I'm not too concerned about the revenge voting, either. Like Oblivion, Irre is often driven by revenge and lives in constant denial of that fact. I would think that a Scum Irre might be more cautious to avoid setting off alarms.
What's your take on Amok? I have some suspicions there.

It's possible, iow, but unlikely.
Well, Andrew comes from an EXTREMELY weird place with regards to mafia.

could you elaborate a little on why you think MZ's game looks different to last timeUselesstwit wrote:i can see the case against mz, but this still seems more like his town game than the last one. also gib is right irre is feeling revengy. 3 of the 4 people on her scum list have voted or fos'd her.

he's actively rotating who he goes after, switching up his votes, seeing where things lead. it's more what i expect from his town game.gib wrote:could you elaborate a little on why you think MZ's game looks different to last timeUselesstwit wrote:i can see the case against mz, but this still seems more like his town game than the last one. also gib is right irre is feeling revengy. 3 of the 4 people on her scum list have voted or fos'd her.

##vote gib##
Irre self-votes Mayor. Feck self-votes Mayor. Gib lynch votes Irre.
I personally don't think self-voting Mayor is Scummy, considering it inevitably gets people saying that it's Scummy. It doesn't clear either Irre or Feck, of course, but why Irre? Feck had also self-voted before gib put down his vote.
Subsequent gib posts give me the impression of Scum-hunting without substance,
