Santorum Explains Difference Between Sharia and Civil Law

Post by rab » Tue Nov 22, 2011 2:48 am

"Now, unlike Islam where higher law and the civil law are the same, in our case, we have civil laws but our civil laws have to comport with the higher law."

Oh, OK. I knew there was a difference between Sharia Law and what you're proposing. Thanks for clearing that up, Rick!

I remember when he went from bragging about his 7 kids to talking about how the country needs to give special tax breaks for families based on the number of children they have. What a self serving hypocritical fuckwad. Regardless of our political difference on this forum, we can all agree that Santorum needs to have a bible shoved so far down his throat that he can't spew his ignorant hatred anymore.
Nobody expects me...

He'll never get elected because of his self-inflicted "Google problem."

When I recall the '80s and '90's, it fills my heart with joy to know that using anti-gay rhetoric is now political suicide. :cheer:
What I've found with a few discussions I've had lately is this self-satisfaction that people express with their proffessed open mindedness. In realty it ammounts to wilful ignorance and intellectual cowardice as they are choosing to not form any sort of opinion on a particular topic. Basically "I don't know and I'm not going to look at any evidence because I'm quite happy on this fence."

The Net is best considered analogous to communication with disincarnate intelligences. As any neophyte would tell you. Do not invoke that which you have no facility to banish.

No kidding. I remember rejoicing when Jesse Helms died. Someone on a forum I was populating at the time photoshopped the purple teletubby flipping him off with the caption, "Rot in hell, you piece of shit" or similar and made it hir avatar.
