i'm not saying there wasn't a bus, i'm saying sometimes looking at things simply is a good thing to do. So how come you voted andrew today? Didn't b.tern voting for him 2 days in a row as well as really going after him maybe make you think he might not be scum?Azathoth wrote:They are both from another board and ade would have the strongest read on contra. Aden wasn't looking at Contra (Athene) as Scum.Azathoth wrote:No reveal and no kill flavour. Evil Gonzo. I would put ade as the scum kill though. He was looking a lot townier than vigmen. Now who would be worried about ade rather than others?
##vote contra##
Because you would never find scum on another scum's BW? That is fucking retarded reasoningUselesstwit wrote:taking on board irre being most likely town. She seems very sure of her read on dp and feck. If we throw in the people on the b.tern bw, I'm left with aza, matt and gib out in the cold. I"m kinda leaning towards an aza vote today. he seems do have ignored a great deal of info to come up with his andrew votes.

No, I have seen too much scum theatre to clear him like that. He has been dropping tells everywhere and then the janitor thing came up.
Outside the ordered universe is that amorphous blight of nethermost confusion which blasphemes and bubbles at the center of all infinity—the boundless daemon sultan Azathoth, whose name no lips dare speak aloud, and who gnaws hungrily in inconceivable, unlighted chambers beyond time and space amidst the muffled, maddening beating of vile drums and the thin monotonous whine of accursed flutes.

The "scum tell" on this board seems to be whatever the person needs it to be to justify their actions.

I've noticed "scum tells" are more used as a way for scum to get townies lynched than to find actual scum.

Does anyone have a grip on when this day is ending?
It may be true that the law cannot make a man love me, but it can keep him from lynching me, and I think that's pretty important.

yeah pretty much, or having certain usernames, like dp, or feck, or aza, or shizzle, or ksen, or… well having a username is a scum tell now I think about it, FoS the entire ratz member list.andrewclunn wrote:The "scum tell" on this board seems to be whatever the person needs it to be to justify their actions.
Ok, day 3, seer and doc both outed, probably 2 scum and a sk left, or 3 scum and a vig, irre provisionally cleared by Andrew, that leaves a lot of players, I need to get off my phone and onto my computer to post properly. But first I need food.

The world is a thing of utter inordinate complexity and richness and strangeness that is absolutely awesome. I mean the idea that such complexity can arise not only out of such simplicity, but probably absolutely out of nothing, is the most fabulous extraordinary idea. And once you get some kind of inkling of how that might have happened, it's just wonderful. And . . . the opportunity to spend 70 or 80 years of your life in such a universe is time well spent as far as I am concerned.

Which is theoretically 12 hours from now.

I would think a smaller scum team assuming they have that "janitor" role as it seems horribly powerful - especially if there's a don too. From googling it it seems normally janitor power can only be used once in the game otherwise it's considered too powerful/a "Bastard GM" role. Also having a sk role - unless it was a vig bad move.

In cannibal holocaust I was a town vig with that power(think the role was called butcher), and it was every night not one shot, I also got the bodies from the scum kills when their butcher was killed. I think I got 3 town from 3 kills. A spectacular failure.MattShizzle wrote:I would think a smaller scum team assuming they have that "janitor" role as it seems horribly powerful - especially if there's a don too. Morning, people.
I think a dp lynch is dumb.
I have some research to do, but can I first ask who was online yesterday when andrew was under significant lynch pressure? I was, and MZ was too. Anyone else? I'll go reread and then make some more comments.

Lynching DP is not dumb. It removes scum's ability to bluff in this game and the next etc.
However, I do think he's town.
That does create a bit of dilemma.
