I didn't pay much attention to Andrew's use of the word janitor there, but reading it now, it looks like he means janitor, not jailkeeper. I interpret his meaning that if I am lying and there's a real doc who is night killed before claiming, and then a janitor cleans up the real doc's body, you still wouldn't know I'm lying.gib wrote:a search for 'janitor' shows that was andrew:Magicziggy wrote:Irre mentioned janitor and jailing last night. but he seems to be using it to mean jailkeeper, which is how my eyes read it at the time. This is the first i ever heard of janitor so it does seem weird that aza is now using that termandrewclunn wrote:It's not worth it to counter claim a scum fake cop claim on day 1, but is it generally considered a good idea to counter claim a doctor fake claim around here? I'd think not, so long as there's no janitor (as if there is a real doc, then when they die the fake claimer would be next to be lynched), so charlou's claim should go unanswered whether it's true or not. That said, I think we have to act as if it's true.

So because you have never heard of it it is odd that I have? The role on the wiki isn't how I have used them. I take back the hopefully.gib wrote:a search for 'janitor' shows that was andrew:Magicziggy wrote:Irre mentioned janitor and jailing last night. What gives?

x-post lots. Interesting freudian slip from AC there. I was moving away from him but that is enough to put me right back on him.

Outside the ordered universe is that amorphous blight of nethermost confusion which blasphemes and bubbles at the center of all infinity—the boundless daemon sultan Azathoth, whose name no lips dare speak aloud, and who gnaws hungrily in inconceivable, unlighted chambers beyond time and space amidst the muffled, maddening beating of vile drums and the thin monotonous whine of accursed flutes.

It's certainly a plausible explanation for us getting no info on Zigmen's death.

So andrew accidentally says janitor instead of jailkeeper and the next morning we have a no reveal kill. you don't think that looks like he had janitors on his mind?

yeh the game flavor seems to revolve around the traitor so it wouldn't surprise me if gonzo didn't want it easy to clear upcharlou wrote:That was @ gibcharlou wrote:It's certainly a plausible explanation for us getting no info on Zigmen's death.
what do you make of aza voting andrew there?
Re: MGS3: Snake Eater Mafia - Tactical Espionage Action DAY
No, I think Andrew meant to say janitor. See my interpretation of Andrew's post here: http://rationalia.com/forum/viewtopic.p ... 8#p1039768Azathoth wrote:So andrew accidentally says janitor instead of jailkeeper and the next morning we have a no reveal kill. you don't think that looks like he had janitors on his mind?

Re: MGS3: Snake Eater Mafia - Tactical Espionage Action DAY
btw according to the search facility no one in the history of ratz mafia has ever used the word janitor before this game
Re: MGS3: Snake Eater Mafia - Tactical Espionage Action DAY
Just read back. I got the wrong end of the stick there. Still bloody odd he should bring up janitors before any evidence that there might be one. They are very rare. My vote can stay there for now.
