I appreciate watching some of the lectures put up by the RDF.

Are all said lectures by RDFRS, though - or do you just mean posted to their site? Either way, so do I, except insofar as some of them, particularly involving Richard, tend to get a bit repetitive after a while. Including his layman's understanding of the origins of life, which he gets paid good money to repeat, and has never really elaborated on or read into further.

Yeah - he loves getting his quixotic little knickers in a twist over the running of places besides his own place, while preaching all that love of truth, and scepticism, and evidence-based understanding, and yet still failing to critically apprehend things a little closer to home.

If this were some religious/creationist organisation so reluctant to respond to the simple query of what it is that they do, Richard would be publishing email contacts, urging people to bombard them, and generally carping to hell over it. He'd be proud of me ferreting out such charlatans… But it's obviously different when it's him.

If you really are so grossly incompetent and challenged that you still can't or won't furnish me with a simple explanation of what RDFRS (UK) does, even though you have a professional duty as a charity to so - you could at least thank me for my patience, while I tolerate your continued incompetence - and give you ample opportunity to cover your arse and try to rectify things, before thinking about dragging you over hot coals properly. Make no mistake - I have not made unreasonable demands - and the demands I have made, you have a duty, and an active interest, in responding to.

I could easily have sent a strongly worded - and completely reasonable - complaint to the Charity Commission by now, that would have triggered a chain of events leading to them striking you off - and I could have made sure that news of such an event would go travelling to others who would report on it, and gloat about it, and I'd give them a little more besides to gloat about - again, completely reasonably. I still haven't - even after getting more disingenuous, passive-aggressive shite from those who run your site. That's nice of me. Don't ever say I'm nasty.

The "idiot" at least in some areas has been apparent for some time now. "Charlatan" comes as unexpected to me.

I suspect he's a budding egomaniac and has been for some time. You only have to look at the 'changes' page that LP linked in another thread to see how his ego is being stroked and stoked by his foundation. Whether this is done by intelligent design or the evolution of a sycophantic following I'm not sure.
