And I think irre's rationale for voting feck may be sound, but the vote itself is questionable as it seems pointless to mayor vote anyone else at this point when MZ already has so many votes. A bit of a ping for me.

I agree.
Erm, it pings to vote the person I want as mayor, rather than just jump on a BW? Which is about the easiest thing scum could do right now? :what:

And you are voting for me, why, exactly?

Yeah that does seem odd. I would think scum would go with the BW or not vote. Not odd enough for me to lycnh vote though.

I'm voting for you because your FoS of me has no basis, and it's just like a post filler. It's scummy to jump on the only BW going, and then to soft FoS someone who doesn't do the same, especially as you are careful to say that my rationale is OK. It's scummy to soft FoS someone, to see if that FoS might get any traction. Case in point: shizzle's response.

Sorry, quote&post fail.

I'm trying to figure out what you're saying here, because I read MattShizzle's post...
Yeah that does seem odd. I would think scum would go with the BW or not vote. Not odd enough for me to lycnh vote though.
... as seeing Charlou's post about you being odd/suspicious. I vaguely get the sense that you read it as Matt agreeing with Charlou?

Part of me agrees with the overall sentiment that MZ was being Town-helpful, but the more I look at the game, it doesn't really stand up. It's not at all suspicious, either, but both sides are likely going to have traitors (or apparent traitors) as characters, without them necessarily being "traitors" in the mafia sense. At least three of the main characters are "traitors," but still could be on either side as far as this game goes, in my opinion. I believe MZ was attempting to be Game-friendly, and good for him for that, but that's as far as it goes, for me.

Anyway, whether she's right or wrong about Charlou, so far I'm only seeing Irre as Scum-hunting.

I haven't decided on a lynch vote.
It may be true that the law cannot make a man love me, but it can keep him from lynching me, and I think that's pretty important.

^ I just re-read shizzle's post, I still see it as him agreeing with charlou. If I'm wrong about that, then I'll unping him on my Ping List.

Amok, what do you make of this landslide BW for MZ for mayor? I've never seen anything like it in all the games I've played. Scum would have to be on it. I'm just not sure why the townies are being so lazy.

UT: you're not normally so followy. Why jump on the MZ bandwagon? Also, what do you make of shizz's posts thus far?

Andrew: you're a complete unknown quantity for us, but we know that you know how to play mafia. Do you think your jokey lynch vote and then the 'oh yes good point MZ' mayor vote would make you look suspicious to your fellow mafians elsewhere?

I didn't FOS you, I said it was a bit of a ping.

It looks more like your vote for me is taking the "best form of defense is offense" approach, which also pings a little, except I know that's how you play as town too.

Your vote on me has no basis and just looks like getting one in at the first opportunity. Another ping.

Shizzle seemed to agree with you, btw.

I don't see how either side can have a traitor. I didn't read the MGS3 wiki extensively. I'm sure it's full of double crossing. Getting a bit wifomy there amok. Keep it simple day 1.

I'm wary of irre now. Promised change of game style. No oblivion to gauge her against. She sucked me in big time last game. I'm more inclined to think she's town for going out and voting first.

Let's hope we hear from athene, DP, zigmen and ksen.

I was meaning how both sides could have a traitor. There is a scum aligned traitor. It's in the OP. I saw the role pm. That much must be certain.

Not reaction to mere ping. Reaction to a weird post from you that I find scummy.

I'd like a few others' inputs on shizzle's posts thus far.
