It was a bit predictable really. The story went that the god of the gaps doesn't work as the gaps get filled in, but that the cosmology and physics of the last couple of decades opens up the field again to the 'possibility' of something science can't explain.

It finished with Dawkins saying how frustrating it is that humans seem to be hard wired to believe in gods.

Not bad but of course very own the fence.

As is all too often the case with Horizon these days, too much of the science was dumbed down in favour of fancy computer graphics. Not a lot I didn't already know but interesting to see the subject broached nonetheless. :tup:
