The reporter asked pertinent questions like "What is it that you want?" and the participants were unable to provide any answer other than the same vague "we want change" rhetoric that Obama ran on, without specifics other than "get rid of the corporations." (Ignoring, of course, the fact that it is the corporations that provide the jobs that gave their parents the ability to fritter away their hard-earned cash sending their kids to college so that they could go be all inarticulate and unfocused and junk.

True enough. The rhetoric of Marxism is extremely persuasive to the disenfranchised and lazy, but it offers no real solution, and the solution it does offer is far, far worse than the problem it purports to solve, as witness by the 100 million people murdered by Marxist tyrants in the last century.
