Or I'm not getting you at all. I also thought your reason for outing early as vanilla town was a bit flimsy. I don't think any of us figured the vanilla pony names would be very revealing. But the specials' names might be, flavourwise.

UT and DP seem like the towniest players currently. I've never been able to read Oblivion, though she seems a bit less engaged than usual - maybe its the earthquakes. I haven't played much with Irre and Ani and not at all with the invisible mononoke. I'm fairly convinced that Feck is a nice town pony - I have played a few games with him, and this is not scum feck.

Now ksen...

I had him pegged as townish earlier, but now I'm not so sure. As i re-read his posts there's a creeping suspicion about his new long form analytical style. I've played a fair amount of mafia with ksen, and I know he could decide to do something like that as a scum tactic and not bat an eyelash in presenting it as a way of 'helping' town. Fos ksen.
Less engaged than usual? hmm

What makes you think that UT and DP are the towniest? I agree that ksen's capable of some creative scum tactics, and not just of the false special claim variety.
The 'hmm' of Oblivion. it's a marvellous device, because it can mean anything the reader takes it to mean.

UT and DP? To be honest, it isn't so much that they've seemed strongly town as that they haven't said anything scummish. At least that I've noticed.

This pings for me.

I never expect scum to say anything scummish. Town will do that anyway. I look for pro town play. If you have DP and UT as most town because they are least scum, then that explains why I have them firmly undecided.

What did you think of their votes and how they fell in the bandwagon formation near the end of day 1?

From an internal perspective I don't feel less engaged in this game. It makes me wonder if you aren't just picking up one of MZ's comments from yesterday and running with it.

the way she said she was waiting for your list also raised a flag for me. It's not like her to wait for people to come to her, she goes after them. It's why i wanted the rest of her list, she really hasn't went after anyone on it to the extent I expect from irre.

There's who I think will actually get lynched, versus who I'd like lynched. I think there's a decent chance ksen will be lynched, and I'm happy with that, because I think I can live with the guilt if I've trolley tracked on him yet again: his summaries just clanged and I was right about him in the recent TR game. I'd like ob lynched, but I don't think I've ever seen her lynched except for when she basically asks town to kill her to remove the question mark. I think MZ might get lynched, but I won't be on that BW. Mono? I'm not feeling the support for that idea.

xpost, will read ob's post when I get back home
this post pings like a mofo.
Why? It read fine to me.
she was the first and so far only fucking vote on ksen. what was the basis of thinking he's more lynchable than someone else, including me? Ani put a vote on me 5 hours before she put down the ksen vote.
LOL this coming from Ms Hedge?! Where's your vote? You all but got MZ lynched yesterday and then you slowly slinked away from the BW. You talked of moving your vote, but you actually didn't. I got the impression you only put a vote on me because you knew you had to actually follow through on some of your FoS's.

I was set to vote for you today, but then ksen waded in with his Summaries TM. So the compromise thing you're trying to say about me, is null and void. Unlike you, I put my vote down when and where I want to.

If the game day had started at a decent hour for me, I'd have shot out of the gate at ob. Especially after the NKs (no matter which of the NKs is the scum one, ob fits in the frame nicely IMO). But ksen had already jumped into the breach.

I also think he truly has forgotten mono as a player. That was what originally pinged me, but he's been consistent about not remembering him. Which makes his going after me for suggesting a mono lynch understandable to me.

I'm never very persuaded at where votes fall at the end of Day 1, which may be wrong, but I know myself I find Day 1 lynch voting to be difficult to decide on. I'm often frantically trying to see if anything pings enough to justify a BW, then find by last minute voting I've ended up in a guilty looking voting position. So I tend to look closer at votes in the following days. Which is to say, I've no opinion but wouldn't mind being enlightened.

maybe I was picking up on an MZ post, and you certainly seem well engaged this evening. But I did think yesterday you were less involved in speculating about players than usual.

false. You were my first serious FoS yesterday and your play did nothing to convince me I was wrong. And I didn't slowly slink away from MZ's bandwagon. I turned on a dime BEFORE Ani put his vote down. He used the post where I started backing away from a player I thought was a special to put a vote down on the player.

Hilarious. My vote has been hovering over you all day waiting for a chance to engage you. And you are not convincing me you are town. Far from it.

FoS this. UT and DP have said plenty enough to interpret as either being townish or scummish. Did you vote yesterday?

Unsure leaning town.

I'm not liking D.P, or ksen, or b.tern for that matter.
Athene made a point of saying she had not voted for one of her three suspects.
I believe she has a fairly good scumdar though. Perhaps this worried scum.

Did this ping for anyone else, apart from me and Irre?
