Boner is whining about Obama making jobs for Americans using executive power and avoiding the Republican Teagagger Party's extortion in the House of Reprehensibles.
Unfortunately, he never whined when Bush was doing it, and is yet again revealed to be doing and saying anything in order to get the scary black guy out of the White House.
