I'm sure that David Cameron will sympathise with Liam Fox, as an ex public schoolboy, he will understand what it's like to live a lie about his sexual history.

What I dislike about the current crop of tories is not that they hide their sexual inclination, but that they hide their POLITICAL inclinations.
We've seen Cameron on his bike, with his limousine following behind. We've seen him hugging huskies, and his very suspect line on hugging a hoodie. (I still think that that is one he got away with, he was probably worried that someone saw him).
And all that crap about loving the health service.

Liam Fox’s “homophobic past” revealed

Liam Fox, Conservative shadow defence secretary, displayed homophobic credentials whilst at university, an investigation by the Sunday Herald has found.

The Tory MP, who stood against David Cameron in the 2005 Conservative Party leadership content, resigned as a member of the University of Glasgow’s student council in protest at a gay and lesbian society being admitted to the Glasgow University Union (GUU).

He apparently said at the time: “ not want the gays flaunting it in front of me, which is what they would do”.

Fascinating if true. I wonder if he objects to lesbians flaunting their sexuality or if he has images of thick, large, penises swaying in from of his face pictured in his mind?

One scenario: Ambitious young politico knows a 'respectable married man' stands better chance of getting to the top than a gay man. (He stood against Cameron don't forget for the leadership). Does a bit of homophobing, sets up a secret side to his life and then gets married. Takes boyfriend all around the world with him when he becomes Minister of Defense. Boyfriend goes a step too far (business cards saying he is Fox's advisor) and the whole charade blows up in his face.

If Liam Fox as led a double life and is a closet raving homosexual whilst holding homophobic views in public he'll be needing counselling after being forced out in this way. He must be going through hell trying to reconcile the contradictions in public like this? Which must be very scarring internally. It is why I'm against people being forced out even if they do hide their true nature in a false flag of homophobia. Since the press are digging he'd best come clean if he has something to hide. In his case the game is up I suppose?

Its looking ever more murky. Fox's 'friend' who accompanied him on literally dozens of trips, was paid for by anonymous 'supporters' of Fox. He was on a retainer it seems. These wealthy backers who paid Werritty (the friend) an annual retainer did so because they saw him as someone who, unlike civil servants, could be relied on to champion support for Eurosceptic, pro-American and pro-Israeli policies.

He may be working for the reds? and like his homophobia disguising his raving homosexuality so it is that his right wing stance really shields a deep cover sleeper agent within, from the soviet days?
