Where I live an accused is deemed innocent until found guilty by such a court. Your attitude seems somewhat medieval, or to say the least, resembling that of an enthusiastic member of a lynch mob. To play Devil's Advocate for a second, the only reason I can think of for the RDFRS doing the dirty on Josh is that they took a big hit with that forum malarkey and decided that they would get a lot of the traffic, sales and donations back by making him a scapegoat, seeing as most of the people that left blamed Timonen and Chalkey as the main perpetrators. Not that I believe this for a second, but it's the best that I could come up with.
