I'm trying to think what my favorites are.Xamonas Chegwé wrote:Yeah, had its moments and visually cool but nothing special apart from that.hadespussercats wrote:Not one of his best. Kinda sucked, actually, IMHO.Gawdzilla Sama wrote:"Sleepy Hollow".
I think Edward Scissorhands was groundbreaking. His pastel Jordan almonds suburbs, that was such a great image. And the story was so unusual. But I don't usually re-watch it if it's on.
Beetlejuice I could watch a gajillion times and never get tired of it (I know, because I have) It's got it all-- quirky paranormal monsters, goofy humor, Winona Ryder in her teens...
I think his Sweeney Todd was actually really good. Better than I thought it would be. And it's such a great musical. Good cast, good fit all around.
I loved Big Fish. It made me happy and sad. I don't care what everyone says.
Oh, and you can't have a list like this without Nightmare Before Christmas.
But if I had to make this a top five... I think I'd ditch either the first or the last on this list and trade in Mars Attacks. Tom Jones! Eagles! Gah gah gah gahhhhh!
