I don't actually eat meat any more I am pleased to say. Finally bit the pullet bullet a couple of months ago.

It makes you wonder what the motive is for this. As pork is generally more expensive than chicken.
Might be just running it through the same machinery without cleaning it off, which might save a bit of money.
But after all this publicity, you would think that they would ditch that.
It could be stuff that's been processed a while ago, and then frozen, before this current scare.
Anyway, I'm not going to complain, if there is some pork in my chicken. Bacon would be better, I like chicken and bacon.

I suspect you are right. When they say such and such DNA was found, they aren't specifying the amount. It would presumably be detected even if there was just a trace left over from a job done some days before.
But of course panic is the order of the day as so often these days.
