My guess is that there is systemic racism against every race, to different degrees. I'm absolutely sure though, that acceptance of racism is easier in certain ways. If you want to test it, make a burner account, and say horrible things about every 'race' you can think of, and note which ones are accepted more publicly.
If I was going to be born a random minority, random gender, I would probably choose to be born in the US over most other countries (if Canada was not available). The US may have racism problems, but how are they doing when compared to other humans, instead of comparing them to some irrational ideal?
