Er, they use the SCUBA tanks to swim to the beach. THAT'S where they shoot their load.

And yes, you can shoot some firearms under water. Handguns are better than rifles because of the velocity and range is extremely limited, but you can do it.

Costs about $800. I got mine at a surplus store for $100.

The neoprene tip is shoot-thru and self sealing for about 10 rounds and can be replaced.

Great for carrying the FN on the motorcycle, keeps it dry in the rain but still usable quickly.
