I think if they needed to suspend her, it should have been for one or two days, not 5.

Yes, a threat to kill can be a crime, if it is serious, but it's not always a crime. Yelling, "I'll fucking kill you!" as an expletive is not a crime. It depends.maiforpeace wrote:
