Things will just go more chaotic without the US. The Russians sell arms and so do the Chinese, as well as the over-clocked Jewish brain itself. The US isn't necessary for the Middle East to continue being a bloodbath. It is highly visible right now but it isn't necessary at all.

The US hinders peace through its constant vetoing of UNSC resolutions against Israel. Without the US doing that, Israeli oppression/terrorism wouldn't be happening as much, and therefore Palestinian terrorism would likely not be happening as much. As it is, the situation worsens with time thanks to US interference. I'm not saying it will be an easy problem to solve, but I don't think it's a stretch to say that the situation would improve if the situation was dealt with more equitably.

Essentially, if there is anywhere in the world (other than the Koreas) that a UN peacekeeping force is needed, it's between Israel and Palestine.

Things will spiral soon enough and we'll see after a bankrupt empire brings its guns home what happens? I don't see it getting better. Things will either stay roughly the same or get a whole lot worse.

The danger is toast everywhere and in all directions with that nuclear arsenal loaded persecution complex. It is a powder keg and there is no greater good if it blows up.

Ireland went through a quiet patch during the boom years but it's simmering in the pot again now. I understand they are checking all vans in and out but especially out just like in the good old days....don't get me started on the Germans.

Israel was created precisely to be a locus of divisive and violent politics - to create the divide through which external forces would be able to conquer and rule.

The same reason that minorities were put in dominant roles in the ramshackle states created out of the British Mandate.
