My name is Jay G. I am a refugee from RDF. I was one of the few (as far as I can tell) theists on the site. I live in NY. I have been re-examining, with help from friends at RDF, my religious convictions. I am sorry about what happened at RDF, although I'm not really certain what it was all about.

Yes, we can have serious, robust discussions on any subject. However, make sure you know where you're starting the thread, (eg FUN STUFF or SERIOUS STUFF). The type of moderation differs between them.

Welcome, Jay G! I recall that there were a lot of people at RDF who could be pretty harsh on theists. I hope you find that everybody here is a lot more mellow and willing to discuss issues in a friendly way, ie, without giving you a hard time about differences.
