I was really hoping they were about to turn it around at the end. Us Celts need to stick together. We'll probably beat the English scourge again and hopefully the Scots too. France will be looking out for blood after Waterloo so they might beat them too. We'll see her majesties army defeated yet.

Close, but no cigar for Wales. Ireland beat the mighty Italy, but struggled. Italy have never beaten Ireland since they joined the International Championship. Before that, they actually beat Ireland a few times. :eddy:

Next up, Scotland v. France tomorrow, where I will savour the sight of Euan Murray not playing, for his ... idiotic reasons. :boohoo:

I meant that hopefully they would beat England also. Sorry for the lack of clarity. And I hope we then beat the Scots and everyone else and win the 6 nations again with another Grand Slam.

Of course, rugby in the Northern Hemisphere is but a pale imitation of the ferocity and skill existing in the southern hemisphere... :levi:

(and not to be parochial about it, the All Blacks and the Springboks are a scarier proposition than the Wallabies at this point in time...)
