Te be fair he takes on VenomfangX as a substitute for Kent Hovind as he is more likey to get a reaction from Shaun than from Hovind and Shaun is parroting Hovind anyway.
Besides, if you look at the later parts of his series he is targetting much less VFX as he is other creationists videos.
I would also suggest watching AronRa ( http://www.youtube.com/user/AronRa ) and AndromedasWake ( http://www.youtube.com/user/andromedaswake )for good videos on varies scientific topics debunking creationists arguments.
