Boris is, in fact, a genius. He has created the myth of being a bumbling bumptious well-meaning toff, who is one of the boys, a laugh, rough round the edges, educated - but in a fun way.

This is a lethal political combination, because all his successes are fondly noted, and all his failures are greeted with a "good old Boris".

I think the executions certainly would be.
I would devise a tv panel game, with the whole cabinet begging for mercy, against each other.
They would then have to vote who gets executed, with Anne Robinson saying, " goodbye, you are the weakest creep. Then they do the same in the next round.
In the end, just one survives.

I know, it's a bit unethical, (letting one survive, that is).
But it would improve the quality of the begging.
