JERUSALEM — Jews and Israelis, or passengers carrying any non-Islamic article of faith, will not be able to fly Delta Air Lines flights from the U.S. to Saudi Arabia under Delta's new partnership with Saudi Arabian Airlines.

Upon reflection - while this sounds despicable, and Saudi Arabia's laws are hateful and despicable - I don't think Delta is doing anything wrong. They'll board anyone who shows up with a ticket and proper visa documents/passport. If the Saudi scumbags won't issue the proper papers, then I suppose Delta could simply cancel all flights to Saudi Arabia, but I think that would only be possible as a practical matter if all carriers did that.

I think someone should sue airlines doing business in the US that fly to Saudi under anti-discrimination laws. It's probably a loser, because they'd find that the laws of Saudi Arabia are a bona fide legal restriction that the airlines have no control over, but the allegation should be that it violates the civil rights of Americans and that while the airlines have no control over Saudi law, they do have control over where they fly. No flights to Saudi until they stop discriminating!

If the Saudi scumbags won't issue the proper papers, then I suppose Delta could simply cancel all flights to Saudi Arabia, but I think that would only be possible as a practical matter if all carriers did that.

Why not simply stop buying oil from them, and stop selling them military hardware, and then pull all military bases out of Saudi entirely.

Surely that would send a better message to the vile and criminal Saud regime that one airline pulling out?
