Has Anyone seen "A Serbian Film"??

Post by Evabot » Fri Jan 21, 2011 2:08 am

Trailer (NSFW):

...I have it but haven't had the guts to watch it yet, lol. I hear it's pretty intense and "traumatizing".

Reviews?

From: http://www.horror-movies.ca/Forum/viewt ... p?id=27004 ...
"Everyone has the freedom and right to see whatever they want in life, but if you know of this film and think you want to see it, trust me... you don't. Some things are best left unseen, even by curious monsters such as myself."

Sounds yummy, but it looks like I can't see it locally right now (from the 'net, maybe?).

cool, will watch that later :D
Outside the ordered universe is that amorphous blight of nethermost confusion which blasphemes and bubbles at the center of all infinity—the boundless daemon sultan Azathoth, whose name no lips dare speak aloud, and who gnaws hungrily in inconceivable, unlighted chambers beyond time and space amidst the muffled, maddening beating of vile drums and the thin monotonous whine of accursed flutes.

the baby rape and child rape make it an instant no for me.
I'm wild just like a rock, a stone, a tree
And I'm free, just like the wind the breeze that blows
And I flow, just like a brook, a stream, the rain
And I fly, just like a bird up in the sky
And I'll surely die, just like a flower plucked
And dragged away and thrown away
And then one day it turns to clay
It blows away, it finds a ray, it finds its way
And there it lays until the rain and sun
Then I breathe, just like the wind the breeze that blows
And I grow, just like a baby breastfeeding
And it's beautiful, that's life

:? Yeah... that's a bit... it's just implied, though, they'd never get away with that.

Actually all the madness happens in the final act so you'll probably watch most of it. It's not a bad film up 'til then (or even after..)
