It's a good question and I used to fight with my ex about this because he said of course they don't and that it just stays there till they burst or it falls out or something. He said that they are dead so those things wouldn't work, but I disagree because if you can move your hands and feet it means you have muscle control so why wouldn't your insides work too? I guess I can be swayed but really if they don't poop they would die pretty quickly if they were eating all those brains and stuff. I say zombies do poop they just don't stop what they are doing to take notice or anything

Yes, so zombies must have poopy pants, although, if I met one and called them 'poopy pants', I would run pretty darn hard after I had said it.

Going through town the other day on the bus with the 5 yr old we were zombie spotting in the crowd (some flashdance thing that morning, apparently) and she turned and said 'If there were zombies everywhere, and you didn't want them to eat your brains, you could dress up like a zombie in ripped clothes and walk funny, and they'd think you were a zombie too, and not eat your brains...'
