Sure thing, Oblivion. I will say that in a few games I will play the same way I do now and I suppose you can continue to have annoying knee jerk reactions and say that I am scum. Go ahead and lynch me next so I can prove my point. :smug:

I didn't say you were full of shit, for the record, merely that your logic was flawed. Which I stand by as I am town.

I will say you are full of shit for presuming that I said you are full of shit, however.

I maintain that anyone who thinks they can gain tells from usual game play is not understanding human nature. The nature of scum it to maintain the most standard normal game play and only through mistakes should you be able to tell they are scum. Saying that is why I think your reasoning is flawed about me Oblivion. I have made this stance every mafia I have played and will continue as such.

Unvote

Vote SR

I was wondering about SR in general, then he pulled his vote off Normal. Scummy, to be sure. Then I thought why would scum pull the vote off of a scum? Damned chancey move.

I was about to switch my vote anyway, then I read SR's response above. That's flail-central, and not even against a vote, but a mere FoS.

Eta, I'm in post-limbo and reading SR's second post now.

Ok. I read it. I'm convinced.

Wrong, Zigmen, I unvoted UT who i pressure voted.

I am proving a point, that I will repeat ad infintum if necessary, even if he gets me lynched day 1 every time. This is not a flail by any means, rather a discourse of your miss perception of how one would act if they are trying to deceive the general population. Ah, but you say, you are anti-town for this dialogue which serves to confuse rather out scum. I disagree and refuse to conform to your notion of what town should act and would rather act the way I prefer than some cookie cutter "vanilla town" type.

ohkay...wait. I had you down as voting Normal. Have to go back and check. You voted UT?

Then why did you comment about the runaway bandwagon and unvote UT? What made you change your mind about him?

Right you are SR. You unvoted UT.

I misread that post where you complained about major bandwagons and unvoted in that same post. It looked like you were pulling off the BW.

In any case, your scummy.

Most of this seems normal day 1 nonsense except for a post this far down on page two. Reasons?

Pressure voting:

Vote UT

For the record I don't see it a a scum ping if someone chooses to not mayor vote Oblivion because they want a change of pace.
My original post. I unvoted him because I saw him post something. I tend to pressure vote people day 1 until I see a vote with rational behind it. I made comments about bandwagon's because I instinctively think the likelihood of that many people thinking one person is scum is slim to none. Like I said before, Normal's posts give me a FOS, but not enough for me to vote on it. There are times when you have to go with your hunches, this is not a time I feel I need to.

For the record, at the moment I am most suspicious of ani. I can't give concrete reasons, just a feeling.

SR I have to go with oblivion and zigmen on this one. your bandwagon post did look very bad. but I;m not sure if it was a worried town or a scum distancing themselves.

Anyone know what TZ mantis is in, just wondering if we're going to see her today?

oblivion wrote:That "Let's give oblivion a break from being mayor" stuff pinged to me bigtime. Zig made a huge fuss at the end of the previous day 1 about how important it was for the seer to view me. and then I was NKed overnight. I don't like the way he tries to direct the seer views when he's scum. And that's what his play so far smacks of.

Then he put a safe vote on DP. Nobody gets called for voting DP on day one due to his status as a statistical sport, but it's still a cheap vote. Then he switched to Charlou after she headed for bed, and did so for a specious reason.

If he's town, he's playing a damn sloppy game. If he's scum, he's trailing a miasma of wifom.
I am nobodies sport, well, except for one persons, but she is a very good sport.

Up to here on the thread, will continue reading.

The world is a thing of utter inordinate complexity and richness and strangeness that is absolutely awesome. I mean the idea that such complexity can arise not only out of such simplicity, but probably absolutely out of nothing, is the most fabulous extraordinary idea. And once you get some kind of inkling of how that might have happened, it's just wonderful. And . . . the opportunity to spend 70 or 80 years of your life in such a universe is time well spent as far as I am concerned.

I have this vague recollection that she's in the US central or eastern TZ, but I'm not certain.
