No I think you will find its capitalists not paying taxes and too many bribes flying around.

However I can think of a good capitalist solution

Double the number of tax collectors, double their salaries and put them on commission say 1% of any legitimate tax receipts they bring in
There would be lots of missing tax collectors and many new holes in the Nevada desert...

Easy arm the tax collectors make sure no one else has guns.

Don't require the tax collectors to fill in any paperwork if anyone they shoot is in the top tax bracket.
When only criminals carry guns the police know exactly who to shoot!

Good luck with that. An armed tax collector will be dead 600 meters before he knows anyone's around.

There won't be any tax collectors, they'll all be dead.

Especially sine they'll go after easy targets without teams of lawyers and accountants.
What I've found with a few discussions I've had lately is this self-satisfaction that people express with their proffessed open mindedness. In realty it ammounts to wilful ignorance and intellectual cowardice as they are choosing to not form any sort of opinion on a particular topic. Basically "I don't know and I'm not going to look at any evidence because I'm quite happy on this fence."

Oh Greece is actually doing what I suggested increasing the number of well paid tax collectors (no guns) but even better they are foreign tax collectors from the Netherlands who will be permanately based in Greece.

I do like to see a bit of internationalism in action
