Ppps. After the game is over, you don't have to tell me what I did wrong.

This acronym, I don't understand it.Ppps.

Pppps. Ani: What the fuck is the point of flailing at this stage. What do you take me for?

Ppppps. I mean seriously... If the majority were to turn around at this stage it'd not be because of something I said. So why would I be flailing? The fail, on the other hand, is strong =)

Some posts of note so far:
Normal is the second vote on MZ. three players had 1 vote on them. this is interesting because...
FoS Feck.
Zigmen:
He asked me if I were making a big deal out of the mayor vote, and then makes a big deal out of the mayor vote, i.e.,
Also, Feck, if you think Normal being the second vote on MZ is scummy, then I guess you also have to consider Zigmen's 2nd vote on Normal to also be scummy. Personally I don't find second votes inherently scummy, unless they come late in the day and look like they're throwaways.
If Normal flips town, then SR and Ani's posts in this thread are going to look pretty damn scummy. And Feck, though to a lesser extent so far.

MZ
Mz's story about not going after Oblivion makes sense but I have a sneaky suspicion that MZ might be covering for Oblivion.
By the way are there don type roles in this game?

This is the 3rd vote on Normal, because he "seems the most scummiest at the moment", but without any support for that statement.mononoke wrote:Hmm....oblivion wrote:That "Let's give oblivion a break from being mayor" stuff pinged to me bigtime. Zig made a huge fuss at the end of the previous day 1 about how important it was for the seer to view me. and then I was NKed overnight. I don't like the way he tries to direct the seer views when he's scum. And that's what his play so far smacks of.
Then he put a safe vote on DP. Nobody gets called for voting DP on day one due to his status as a statistical sport, but it's still a cheap vote. Then he switched to Charlou after she headed for bed, and did so for a specious reason.
If he's town, he's playing a damn sloppy game. If he's scum, he's trailing a miasma of wifom.
I not awfully convinced with this argument. I think one of you two is scum though.
But for me Normals seems the most scummiest at the moment.
So
Vote Normal
4th vote. Ordinarily a scummy spot to be, but he's given some rationale for the vote.Uselesstwit wrote:I don't know guys, normal looks a hell of a lot worse to me than MZ does. He's just been playing follow the leader with his votes so far. Add to that his first post and votes and he just looks really scummy.
vote normal
vote oblivion
Anyone that doesn't want oblivion viewed asap is just not paying attention.
Fifth vote.DennyB wrote:To correct boldDennyB wrote:I think this is a major Flail.Normal wrote:The funny thing is that when I was scum, and attention was put on me, I kept quiet and got away with it.
It seems that no matter what I'm actually saying I'm mistaken for scum. It happened in the last game's first days, it happened before that. I can explain until I'm blue in the face, but it's not going to save my life
And I understand the lesson of talking badly of oneself. It's not pro town, and I won't do it again.
2 quick posts as to why he is town but go ahead and lynch me anyway.
Bluff called.

7th vote, and this one looks townish.Morticia wrote:Good morning/afternoon everyone. I can not understand what Normal was trying to do. Either scenario if he is scum or if he is town does not make much sense to me. He has placed too much attention on himself. I suspect he is more likely scum. If he was town he would not be so occupied putting attention on himself to be cleared so early in the game.
Vote Normal
Vote Charlou
Distancing himself. Normal looks like the likely lynch now, and if he's town then scum know it. SR's hedging looks scummy, though town players also get a little concerned about a runaway bandwagon.ScienceRob wrote:I distrust severe bandwagon's like this. While I agree that normal is suspicious I don't think he has said anything major enough to make me that sure he is scum, just more of a FOS.

How does mine look any scummier than anyone else's? I was just going with the concensus. They made good points.

Substantiate that, Oblivion. I don't see how my dislike of huge BW voting leads to me looking scummy if the BW lynches a town. I would say I might be suspect if he flips scum, but not the inverse.

Re: V mafia day 1
I have to agree with Oblivion. Normal looks like the likely lynch today, and your unvote makes you look like you're trying to clear yourself tomorrow. You'll say, "Hey guys! I pulled my vote off that BW! I must be Town!"ScienceRob wrote:Substantiate that, Oblivion. I don't see how my dislike of huge BW voting leads to me looking scummy if the BW lynches a town. That makes you look suspicious.
But not as suspicious as Normal . . .

I have to go to work in a few. I'll miss nightfall. I'll try to keep this page up at work and read a few posts in between students, though.
I'm happy where my vote is.
If I die, SR, Ani, and MZ look scumiest, in that order.

Re: V mafia day 1
You're distancing yourself from the main bandwagon. Like I said, that could be a town reaction, but it's most often a scum reaction at this point in a game day. Check back with me after you've played enough games to get a sense of what scum tend to do and tell me I'm full of shit.ScienceRob wrote:Substantiate that, Oblivion.
