"The fact is that far more crime and child abuse has been committed by zealots in the name of God, Jesus and Mohammed than has ever been committed in the name of Satan. Many people don't like that statement but few can argue with it."

About me: Twoflower is the optimistic-but-naive tourist. He often runs into danger, being certain that nothing bad will happen to him since he is not involved. He also believes in the fundamental goodness of human nature and that all problems can be resolved, if all parties show good will and cooperate.

I'm wild just like a rock, a stone, a tree
And I'm free, just like the wind the breeze that blows
And I flow, just like a brook, a stream, the rain
And I fly, just like a bird up in the sky
And I'll surely die, just like a flower plucked
And dragged away and thrown away
And then one day it turns to clay
It blows away, it finds a ray, it finds its way
And there it lays until the rain and sun
Then I breathe, just like the wind the breeze that blows
And I grow, just like a baby breastfeeding
And it's beautiful, that's life

I first heard of them when they played live at the Lowlands festival 2005 in the early afternoon. We just sat in the grass and they started playing. Within 20 minutes the field was filled with people who never heard of them before but after that performance became very loyal fans indeed.

I also saw them live on Dynamo Open Air before the main act Metallica. It was funny as Apocalyptica got famous by playing Mettalica covers on cello, and the remarked "Now it's time for Mettalica to play some Apocalyptica covers".

I have 2 of their CD's, one of which is "Cult" where this track is from. They also did a few tracks on a solo album from Trent Reznor.

Seriously, to think that those concerti were basically lost (buried and ignored in an archive) until the mid 1800s...
