A very good point, and something I was wondering myself. If the camera was on a tripod, and the photo taken by time delay, then OK. If a person took the photo, the two of them (model and photographer) need a severe reprimand. The first rule of gun safety is that you never, never, never point a gun at another person, even if you are sure it is unloaded and has the safety on.PordFrefect wrote:

In fact, on reflection, even if the camera was on tripod on time delay, the message is still that of a person aiming a gun at another person without good reason. A very irresponsible message.

Going by some of the comments in this and other gun threads, a large percentage of posters are in desperate need of, not just a lecture, but a serious make-over of their attitude to gun safety.Gallstones wrote:I so need a lecture on gun safety.
