Given that Darling is one of the idiots who helped f#ck up the UK economy - my feeling is that Salmond will eat him alive when it comes to any comments he may have that touch on the economic side.

or simply stuff to do with sums..........

I wonder if Darling & Salmond will do debates? That would be good. I read somewhere that Darling (head of the "Better Together" campaign) has refused to do go on tv shows so far with his direct opponent, the leader of the YES campaign Blair Jenkins. Not sure if that is true or not, but it would make sense when the no campaign, opposition politicians, and westminister LOVE to make the whole independence argument all about one man, Alex Salmond.

I'm not sure it's a clever tactic, as people in Scotland know they wont be voting for or against Salmond in 2014.
