Since pot is still illegal under federal law, which trumps state medical pot laws, you risk five years in jail and a $250,000 fine for possessing a firearm while using medical marijuana. It's unclear whether you're still disabled from owning a firearm if you no longer use any illegal drugs, you'd have to ask the BATFE.

There are a lot of superb Aussi Shiraz wines. I am restricted to those that fit my budget, but ever adventurous......

I have been thinking about this and have decided it is a good thing. When a person is presented with a gun pointed at them they should be repulsed, they should want to get away as fast as possible and they should want to stay away--forever.
