No. You're here to see if you qualify to own a gun but as you want to own a gun you do not qualify.

So the only way to own a gun is to not want to own a gun when taking the mental health exam to own a gun?

No. That would be crazy.

OK. So if I come here to get a gun because I want a gun I'm crazy, but if I come here to get a gun because I don't want a gun I'm still crazy?

Yep. That's Catch 22.

Oh well, just lets wait for the next crazy nutter, allowed by your laws to own military style assault rifles lets loose in some crowded mall or high school somewhere, and see what the death count is this time...
